- Rolling 30-Day Cycle: Your service period starts on the date of your first session and continues for 30 days.
- Payments: Due at the start of each 30-day cycle. Payments are non-refundable and non-prorated.
- Holiday and Break Scheduling: If a session falls on a holiday or scheduled school break, the monthly fee remains the same, and sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- Payment Options: A 3% fee applies to credit card payments. No additional fee for debit, Zelle, or other direct payment methods.
- Late Fee: A $200 late fee will apply if payment isn’t received by the due date, and services will pause until the account is current.
- 30-Day Notice for Cancellation: If services are canceled without 30 days’ notice, a $400 cancellation fee will apply.
