📅 Rolling 30-Day Cycle: Your plan starts on the date of your first session and continues for 30 days—easy and predictable!
💳 Payments: Tuition is due at the start of each 30-day cycle. Payments are non-refundable and non-prorated to keep scheduling simple.
🎉 Holidays & Breaks: If a session falls on a holiday or scheduled school break, the monthly fee remains the same. Sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.
🏦 Payment Options:
✔ Debit, Zelle, or direct payments = No extra fees
✔ Credit card payments = 3% processing fee applies
✔ We are an ESA Approved Vendor and accept ESA funds.
⏳ Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date will have a $30 late fee, and sessions will pause until the account is current.
❌ Canceling Services? We ask for a 30-day notice to ensure a smooth transition. If canceled without notice, a $300 cancellation fee applies.
